What makes you think that an Obama FCC would leave satellite radio alone? It too operates at the pleasure of its licensing authority:

Satellite radio broadcasting was first authorized in 1997, when two licenses were issued to the companies now known as XM and Sirius. Their applications had taken seven years for the Federal Communications Commission to approve, mainly because the National Association of Broadcasters charged that the new service threatened "traditional American values of community cohesion and local identity."

I pay for 24/7 now. If the fairness doc. actually came to fruition, I’m sure Rush, Sean and Mark would come together and offer a package deal. I’m sure it would also include other Conservative radio hosts as well.

For those Conservatives who couldn’t afford it? Remember, we are generous people and those who could afford to “buy” an account for 1 2 or 50 people would be more than happy to.

After all......they have started the “war” and WE will fight it.....together.

That’s my concern, too. I’m sure “they” have some control over what is broadcast over the satellite bands.
