Draft of WTP full-page ad to be published in USA TODAY the week of November 10, 2008
Dear Mr. Obama:
On October 24, 2008, a federal judge granted your request to dismiss a lawsuit by Citizen Philip Berg, who challenged your qualifications under the Natural Born Citizen clause of the U.S. Constitution to legally hold the office of President of the United States of America.
Mr. Berg presented factual evidence to the Court in support of his claim that you are either a citizen of your fathers native Kenya by birth, or that you became a citizen of Indonesia, relinquishing your prior citizenship when you moved there with your mother in 1967.
In your response to the lawsuit, you neither denied Mr. Bergs claims nor submitted any evidence which would refute his assertions. Instead, you argued that the Court lacked the jurisdiction to determine the question of your legal eligibility because Mr. Berg lacked standing.
Astonishingly, the judge agreed, simply saying, [Mr. Berg] would have us derail the democratic process by invalidating a candidate for whom millions of people voted and underwent excessive vetting during what was one of the most hotly contested presidential primary [sic] in living memory.
Unfortunately, your response to the legal claim was clearly evasive and strikingly out of character, suggesting you may, in fact, lack a critical Constitutional qualification necessary to assume the Office of President: i.e., that you are not a natural born citizen of the United States or one who has relinquished his American citizenship.

There’s a difference between natural born citizen and mere citizen. I would say that not qualifying for one of the three basic qualifications for President is pretty serious. While the Constitution means nothing to the democrats, it should mean something to us, and moreso to the courts.

Then why is the case before the SCOTUS?
There is a place to contribute. How much do they need to run this full page ad? $100s? $1,000s?
I can see the screenplay being written: It's January 20, 2009. Tens of thousands are gathered in Washington to watch the inauguration of our first black (okay--half-black) president. Just before the swearing-in, Hillary Clinton emerges from her venue among the honored guests. She is followed by two burly assistants who are carrying a large chart. One of them flips the cover off the chart, exposing a huge copy of Obama's Kenyan birth certificate. As Obama mutters about "Hope" and Change," Hillary grabs the bible and raises her right hand. "I do solemnly swear to..."
Fade out. Fade back to scenes of riots in Newark, Oakland, St. Louis, Detroit...
“Obama COLB”
meaning, PLS?
The Constiution is the Consitution. The rest of us must live by the law. Why not Democrats?
Maybe yes, maybe no. Produce the birth cert.
IIRC Certificate of Live Birth
In HI two types of documentation can be used to produce the “Birth Certificate” COLB which is signed by the attending medical personnel or a “Registry of Birth” which is submitted by a family member when the birth takes place at home or even OUT OF COUNTRY.
Hale reports that his BC is based on a RoB.
If so, he should be able to produce a copy of the vault birth certificate. All he has to do is authorize its release and he won't do it. Why?
Something like $90K for the ad in USA Today ... have gotten $5K as of 11/07/08.
COLB - Certificate Of Live Birth ... not the actual birth certificate
Yes, it was posted as a thread on October 31st.

Maybe this guy is willing to chip in a few G’s for the advertisement.
He is offering One Million bucks for SCOTUS to view the vault form of the mysterious potus-elect birth certificate.
