President-elect Obama's aunt intends to fight a deportation order and remain in the United States, her immigration lawyer said Friday.
The Associated Press found that Zeituni Onyango (zay-TUHN on-YANG-oh), 56, is staying with relatives in Cleveland after fleeing her public housing apartment in Boston. She had been living there five years.

Who is paying for her lawyer? Another obamer mooch.
Rather than FIGHTING, what say ya FOLLOW THE LAWS & do it properly?
She will keep her mouth shut about birth place if she gets to stay.
I’m working in downtown Cleveland at this moment. So, she is being represented by an attorney just blocks east of me? Wow. How would have thunk it.
She won’t have to fight, she lives in MA.

If my nephew were a United States Senator, I would expect him to pull some strings for me if I were in legal trouble.

Did BHO drop his aunt off in Cleveland last week when he was here with Bruce Springsteen for his rally?
I’m willing to bet a couple o’ bob on her winning this battle. In fact,I’m betting that about 20,000,000 illegals win their “battle”.
Meaning, please?
Love your tagline...
Deport the criminal miscreant. Her nephew either obeys our nation’s laws or he should resign.
If my nephew was worth millions I'd expect him to send a little cash my way so I could get out of one of the worst slums in America.
Oh, I doubt she’ll have much of a fight. Her nephew will take care of her.
Bush could grant her asylum if that is possible. It would be a classy way to leave office. The world will not change if Barry’s aunt is allowed to stay here.
Barry is NOT a class act. He needs to take better care of his relatives. Shame on him.
Flame away.
Thanks.I've tried to convince my 19 year old nephew, who's smart as a whip and a conservative, that it's pretty clever but he doesn't see it.I guess you have to be able remember JFK in the flesh and remember how things were back then.
