At Texas Darlin’s site the full page (column) and the smaller zoom was two separate graphics. When I put them side to side, it looks like the ‘zoomed’ one was modified and the large one was too small to see.
Now, comparing the zoomed graphic I posted to this PDF, the fonts/type looks different letter for letter in the readable text around the announcement.
OK. Are you sure they are different, or is it possible that they are the same but distorted?
