Bush has let the education system get so out of hand that it’s just downright scarey. These teachers are so brazen they’re doing this stuff out in the open now. No, it is YOU who has let this occur. Do you go to school board meetings? Do you demand getting rid of the teachers unions and tenure? Do you vote in school board elections and do you actually know the positions of the people you are voting for? Do you get out and work for the candidates who would act to get rid of scum like this teacher? I am going to guess the answer is no. This is every bit as much a civil right issue as Black kids attending schools in the 1960s was. Did those issues get resolved without federal government involvement?

You guys want to play softball in every district in the nation, which will only take about 1,235,519,757.25 years to correct.

We have a Justice Department for this. It corrects the problem nationally in a matter of months.

NO TEACHER SHOULD BE COERCING CHILDREN ON MATTERS LIKE WHY THEY WOULD SUPPORT IN AN ELECTION. In my opinion, it should be a federal crime. That’s the long and the short of it.

NO! Individual parents should not have to confront this in every little berg in the nation. If they did have to, there would be many municipalities where liberals outnumber Conservatives, and the Conservatives would just be forced out of the meeting as troublemakers.

Our education system needed a complete overhaul in 2000, and we all knew it. Bush threw no child left behind at us, and more funding. Who cared if our kids were being indoctrinated?
