I was looking at the map and with the exception of a few counties, it looks like most of Penn went McCain. It appeared to be lost in the Philadelphia area.
Someone said it the other night...They went for the Philly block....it was huge...they knew what they needed there to counter everyplace else.
Don’t fret Philly will get its punishment too. Utilitys are scheduled to rise due to de-regulation starting next year.
