What a really cool article! I'm 51 - and I know that a lot of us who grew up in the '70s didn't go the way of the '60s hippies.
Many of us are very conservative.

What we need is for the young guns to put out frequent columns where they outline their visions. Then the rest of us can get them known among our circle of friends.
You generally don't go from high-school baseball directly into a major-league slot. You work your way through the minors first.
The Republican Party is broken in that we don't have a career path, with scouts checking out promising new comers.
