Just heard that prop 8 protesters are marching on the Mormon temple in west L.A. (It's on Santa Monica Blvd. about 2-3 miles west of West Hollywood).
Can see Santa Monica Blvd. and the Temple outside my window...helicopters everywhere. The street is shut down...it's a major east-west commuter artery for West L.A.
These guys get everything except one measure on the ballot and they shut down things. Pathetic petulent babies.

are they attack helicopters? I only say that because I know the area really really well and i’d be pissed if i couldn’t drive down this major street to get home.
I’m still trying to get details, but I can see that SM Blvd is blocked at Westwood Blvd...have to head north or south from there.
There was a report earlier today of the protesters calling to “burn down their churches”. Didn’t figure it would be long before it was pointed at the LDS Church.
Hope the police have a ample supply of tear gas...

Naw, Raise their skirts with several thousand rounds of buck shot in their general direction... The only thing the authorities will need to take care of then will be the several hundred pounds of turd splattered on the ground, cause all those loose sphincters let the dung fly.

I guess they think somehow this is supposed to turn majority opinion in their favor? It doesn’t serve any practical purpose. They are just throwing a tantrum, then?

You live near the temple on Sta Monica? I pity you. I’m at Sta Monica and Highland away from the kooks at the border that separates Hollywood and weHo. At least our gays are more civilized LOL!
