I find the font rather interesting for 1963 Arial not Times Roman aka typewriter. Hmmmmm, Hawaii must have had PCs and laser printers long before they were invented.

FWIW, that’s not ever been claimed to be a copy of the original birth certificate. That’s a “certification” of live birth, based on the computerized data base of the original records, which is what Hawaii currently provides for people to establish proof of birth, as for Social Security and passports. Since it’s a computer-generated representation of the data on file, it’s not unreasonable for it to be in a modern computer font.

Which document are you speaking of? The first one is obviously they type you’d get if you ordered 1 to replace a lost original, or to provide a file copy. The latter one is an original, typewritten form from the early ‘60s.

The obama one was printed in 2007. You can see the stamp through the paper. It is not a birth certificate.

The birth certificate shown at (Post 29) would have been filled out at the U.S. Army Tripler General Hospital. Most likely with a typewriter.

You’re right that the top document is a modern copy. Look at the lower left-hand corner and you’ll see that it says “(Rev. 11/01) LASER”. And you can see a handwritten “2007” seeping through from the back side.

I’d imagine that this is simply the type of copy that is made all the time as a replacement, a spare, or whatever. I don’t think the copy itself is a big deal. The content of the document, on the other hand...

Oh. My. God. I hadn't even noticed that. There is no way that this document is real. I haven't looked at the other purported "copy" yet, but I'll bet dollars to donuts, it's got the same error.

Dan Rather Redux! The pajamahadeen does it again!

From this point forward, I am going to make the COLB issue my lead argument against Obama.

Every patriot needs to hammer on this issue, with everyone they speak with, until the pressure and exposure forces Obama, the Supreme Court, or the congress to prove his eligibility once and for all.

Looks as phoney as a three dollar bill.

This is really UNFAIR to Schwartsnegger ya know!

That doesn’t look like Aerial to me - could be wrong. If it was wouldn’t that be evidence of outright forgery?
