Vice presidential Candidate Wiley S. Drake Sr. to file in court asking to de-certify Barack Obama because he has refused to release proof of being a Natural Born Citizen, thereby disqualifying Obama in his bid for the Office of President.
The recent Lawsuit in Washington State demanding their Secretary of State to vet the citizenship credentials of Barack Obama has spawned a slew of similar suits with new lawsuits filed and/or prepared in WA, FL, NC, CO, CA, OH, FL, CT, GA, TX, MI. Related lawsuits HI, US District.
As part of this effort, this group of citizens from states across the union made an outreach to the whole presidential slate asking each candidate for president and vice president to offer up a certified copy of their birth certificates and any related candidate declarations to be placed in a library made available to the public via a non-partisan web site.
At least one VP candidate Wiley S. Drake Sr. went the next step and agreed to file a lawsuit of his own to demand the disqualification of Barack Obama unless he can prove status as a ”Natural Born Citizen” as the constitution and federal statues demand and define.
In another unrelated action, though also aimed at forcing Obama to release proof or step down, 24 potential Electoral College electors are filing action Monday morning in court also demanding proof. A call is herein being issued to any elector in any state, especially democrat electors who would like to join that effort. If Obama isn't forced to prove his citizenship we've opened the door to every Tom, Dick, and Harry foreigner to waltz into every Presidential election henceforth claiming an "American mother" with absolutely no proof whatsoever and take over the United States.
Look, you have to provide your birth certificate to get a drivers license, a social security number, register your kids for school or soccer, and get a passport. Why should Obama be given a pass? WHY SHOULD A PRESIDENT-ELECT GET A PASS ON MERELY SHOWING THE WORLD HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE?!?!?!?!?
We should let go of this ONLY when the certified Birth CERTIFICATE is produced that shows he is eligible!!

What would happen if between now and when the electorate casts its vote, if it were discovered that obama was not a natural born citizen?
Does the electorate have to vote in the way that the popular vote goes?
I’m with you that this should go away, except that it is such a simple thing to solve.
Obama destroyed his opposition early on in Illinois on the basis of technicalities in signatures, etc., and it doesn’t seem unreasonable to ask him to comply in this case.
At this point, I think most people would be ok with some process to “normalize” his birth records, if there were a problem.
But straight-out refusal to produce a simple record is not healthy for the nation.
Well, regardless of what happens politically in the ensuing shuffle, drumming the marxist quisling out of office permanently would be the best news this country has had in a long time.
My understanding is (and it may well be wrong) that if such an event were to occur, all of Obama's electors are released and no longer obliged to vote for the winning party. They become free to vote for whomever they want of the REMAINING candidates on the ballot. This would include Biden, McCain and Palin. (The time for the DNC to choose another candidate on the ballot was PRIOR to the election). Plus the DNC is also a defendant along with Obama.
I could forsee the majority still breaking for Biden, or I could see real fury at the proof the DNC willingly nominated a fraud against the American people and breaking for McCain at that point. The only thing I really care about at this point is Obama must prove he's eligible and release his birth certificate. If he doesn't, even if the courts continue to stonewall, over 55 million of the American people will not recognize him as a legitimate President. I know I won't. Until I see that BC he's a fraud and a usurper.
Perhaps some freeper attorneys can weigh in on this one????
