And this is how a fascist takes power. Instead of from the top down, this coup was from the bottom up. The media and the schools have given us a people who would find someone like this perfectly acceptable to be president.

Sure, we’ll still have ‘elections.’ Plenty of totalitarian states have them. Should the illegals in this country be made citizens in the near term, liberty will indeed be gone. Well, that is, unless you define liberty as simply the right to marry a member of your own sex.

Welcome to Metrosexual Fascism.

The Media. They love to raise them up, but even more fun, they love to tear them down

They wanted to have the “issue” of a black man getting “so far” but then having four years of McCain-Palin to trash over the economy and their “racist” supporters who “lied” to pollsters (the Bradley effect did not manifest itself).

They didn’t really want to see him win. It is the proposal versus the actually product. Even Obama has now started backpeddling on his objectives in his “first” term.

His wife doesn’t help, either. That broad is positively frightening

Don’t forget, she will be his main advisor.

Don’t think it is so strange in Obama’s case, well at least not having his family on strange. He may fear for their safety.

obviously not fast enough.

However, should Obama or anyone else begin to believe his own press and think that the press (and his own party) will never turn against him, he needs to have his head examined.

Or else wait for 6-8 months. That should do it. Sooner or later the press is going to ask him a yes or no question and will not want to wait a year for the answer.

Next thing will see is his picture will be required in every classroom, post office, etc. etc. Banners with his likeness hanging all over town so on ad so forth. That is what dictators do. Take my word for it, I have seen it in other socialist countries.

I’m completely amazed that they are just beginning to say things like this, since obviously some of them must have had some misgivings before now. Either they were under a lot of pressure not to say anything negative about The One, or they’re just such mindless herd animals they didn’t want to stand out from the crowd. But it’s odd that they’d only start to comment on these disturbing things a couple of days after the election.

The media propped up the Clintons for 16 years. It wasn’t until a Clinton challenged “the next big thing” that the beans on that administration started to spill and journalists started to report they were done covering up for the man.

Pete Seeger covered for Uncle Joe Stalin for over 40 years.

Stalinists hold their tongues. They won’t admit they were wrong.

Nope.

There is a reason that brand new imposed communist dictatorships round up all the people who helped overthrow the prior regime and shoot them.

Perhaps there is a slight chance that they really won’t be an enthusiastic propaganda arm after all.

Not a chance.

By this time next year we could be looking at 10% or more unemployment and an attack upon the nation and the media will say it's Bush's fault and poor Barry Soetoro had tough circumstances taking over the office.

Rarely if ever did you see Michelle, or kids anywhere near him when he appeared in public. For that matter, there was not even a Democrat politician nearby either. Never did see anyone openly endorse him in plain view. Can you say megalomania?

I have been watching the MSM closely the last couple of days...there does not seem to be real jubilation, there is more worry or even buyers remorse in the MSM—almost like Oh my gosh what have we done?

I do hope the case with some in the MSM is that they are more overjoyed about the racial unity angle of a black president. They are sort of left center, but I do hope (maybe delusional) that they aren’t actually REAL socialists, and eventually this messianic thing going on will click in their head. Even McGovern is against CardCheck for example. For example, Brokaw maybe left of center, but I don’t think he actually is socialist. Olbermann is, and maybe this is a line between new and old media...who knows. But it will be interesting to say the least.

The media may take this guy out before he is sworn in. I think they’re already bored after getting him elected.

They’re going to be noticing a LOT of strange things in the near future. Things we’ve known about for months. There is going to be a lot of “see I told you so” going on.

I have been convinced from the beginning, she is the one who will be in charge. She does more things with him than a monkey does with a peanut. That guy wouldn’t pick out his own socks without her OK.
