Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
A government mandated program for unemployable graduates of Womyn’s Studies.
To: STONEWALLS
It's a CYA for the university. If they don't mandate this training to all employees, they can be sued by anyone who decides they've been "sexually harassed". With this training, it pretty much absolves the employer from liability, and only the alleged sexual harasser can be sued.
Sort of like another PC joke, "diversity training" :-(
