That isn't news, that is gossip.

A very large percentage of political reporting is sourced on gossip. The problem here is not Fox - it's the former McCain campaign workers trying to smear Palin.

No, they should not be reporting gossip as news.

That is why the McCain people leaked it, they knew it would get reported and since FOX is considered 'conservative' it would get more weight.

Conservatives need to boycott anything associated with compromising with the Obama administration.

This is how the American Revolution began, by boycotting British goods.

Fox News was smearing Palin on Tuesday night, and it had nothing to do with anything Mccain campaign workers had said - Steve Schmidt may have refused to say what he thought of Palin that evening, but as soon as Fox News called it for Obama, they began destroying Palin on the air. While I agreed with some of the criticisms, they went way too far, given the timing.
