I disagree- look at the history of 3rd parties in our country. We CAN clean out the GOP.

Reagan had this to say:

- I don ‘t know about you, but I am impatient with those Republicans who after the last election rushed into print saying, “We must broaden the base of our party”—when what they meant was to fuzz up and blur even more the differences between ourselves and our opponents.

- Our people look for a cause to believe in. Is it a third party we need, or is it a new and revitalized second party, raising a banner of no pale pastels, but bold colors which make it unmistakably clear where we stand on all of the issues troubling the people?

- Let us explore ways to ward off socialism, not by increasing government’s coercive power, but by increasing participation by the people in the ownership of our industrial machine.

Well, you’ll have to do it on your own. My votes and my monies will never go to the Progressive Lite Party again. You will never be able to be certain of any who are among you, are you still listening to Rush? We have been subverted by people who think they are Republican but are really just liberals who can’t admit that they actually are. When 60% of the people in America consider themselves conservative it could be larger than the current Progressive Lite Party.
