If voting up and down is considered,I think it should be one per person,to get a valid picture of what folks are thinking.

Certainly,only folks who are signed in would be able to do this.

I also suggest a waiting period before voting is enabled for new members.

Perhaps after 30 days and 10 comments,for example.

My intent here is to prevent meddling from the Kossacks,Dhummies and HuffingPuffing fools.

When I tried posting something like this years ago I got 3 comments. Some things just have to wait until the time is ripe.
