RedState is pleased to announce it is engaging in a special project: Operation Leper.
We're tracking down all the people from the McCain campaign now whispering smears against Governor Palin to Carl Cameron and others. Michelle Malkin has the details.
We intend to constantly remind the base about these people, monitor who they are working for, and, when 2012 rolls around, see which candidates hire them. Naturally then, you'll see us go to war against those candidates.
It is our expressed intention to make these few people political lepers.
They'll just have to be stuck at CBS with Katie's failed ratings.

P.S. - Did I ever tell you how RedState was able to stock Gov. Palin's campaign plane with twenty of these?. We were glad to. And we were glad not to mention it at the time. We are rooting for Sarah Palin. Don't make us add you to our list. Do you really want to be next to Kathleen Parker in the leper colony?

We need to figure out who’s stabbing Sarah in the back. I am annoyed with Fox News as well. Cameron reported rumors as fact, and Shep did not question the validity of these rumors at all. Fox pushed the RINOs in the primary and now they’re trying to finish off a real conservative.
The Vichy Republican List and the Leper List, we really should not let them get away with this sort of thing, it is bad enough when Colin Powell slams Gov Palin, to have McCain’s Staff doing the same just makes it worse!
As for the assaults on her intelligence, character, etc., I have yet to see one derisive accusation turn out to be true.
I will defend her against her detractors for as long and as vigorously as I can.

Good, they need to track them down and name them, put their pictures on the web so we all will recognize them. I agree, they should be political lepers.

I like the idea. We should have the same list here on FR. For a long time now I’ve been pushing for an idealogy litmus indicator anyways. FR was invaded by RINOs and even the bugzapper thread didn’t get rid of them all.
As far as true republicans not liking Palin, it's pure b.s. The excuses given to dislike Plain are merely printed by the faux news services to discredit Plain. It definitely shows that they want a 4 year headstart on smearing her character, they are very afraid.
Great idea, but how will the rest of us know who is on the list???? Will you post something we can readily identify as access to The List? Ditto on that list of “conservative” party members (I won’t smear our party’s good name by putting it after their’s).
