I'm already so sick of this kind of crap. I was and am proud to be an American before the Obama administration, I will be proud to be an American during the Obama administration, and I will be proud to be an American after the Obama administration. If Christopher Buckley doesn't understand that pride in country has nothing to do with support of the inhabitant of the White House, then he never understood conservatism to begin with.
We are so much better off without Christopher Buckley on our side.
