The election may be over but the process of electing a president has just begun. The Electoral College will meet/convene and cast votes. They have a duty to the public under the Constitution to act to uphold the Constitution. They take an oath before they vote. The Constitution lays out requirements for a person to be elected president. They elect the president so they have to follow the Constitution. If they don't, they act ex juris and the action is void. So, anyone with standing has the right to challenge the Electoral College process before the person is sworn in.
