According to Carl Cameron on Fox, McCain staffers have opened up about the rift between McCain and Palin, saying Palin was only a 'hail Mary' choice who didn't know who the members of NAFTA are and though Africa was just a country, not a continent. Staffers also allege Palin threw numerous temper tantrums and refused coaching before her Katie Couric interview.
Palin is the reason I voted for McCain.

Rumors have sprung up that they are Romney backers (which would seem thematic, considering their smear campaign against Mike Huckabee and John McCain). Is there verification?

The McCain staff had little to do with Palin and were not involved in “coaching” her to the degree being alluded to.

I don’t take anything like this seriously. Fox is silly to even bother with it.
Someone is trying to destroy her for 2012 and it’s a Republican. Probably someone lining up with another campaign like Romney’s.
It’s not McCain. I was listening to Hannity today and Sarah said that’s complete BS. They want you to think that. But Repubs (convservatives) say that she BOOSTED his ticket. McCain isn’t blaming Sarah.
