To be honest, I don't think the odds are good that the folks at the top of the GOP will try very hard to make changes. In 2012, we will probably run Mitt Romney or someone similar. Mitt is a good man, but not someone who will energize the base.

What do I do? I can't vote Libertarian, because I think some of the ideas and some of the people are repugnant. I can't vote Democrat, because all of the ideas, and all of the people are repugnant.

I'll continue to vote GOP, but at least for right now, I have no fire, no hope. I see decades stretching ahead of us and I don't see any sign of morning in America.

History repeats itself. I tried that in 1992. It didn't work. All that happened was I helped create a trailer park millionaire.

Perhaps the tipping point has arrived (where the parasites outnumber working voters). There can only be one possible result.

We live in interesting times.
