So, we need some guidance on how to easily approach the courts to make sure our president elect is truly eligible.

It was posted last week that 24 electors will challenge Obamas eligibility in court. If they don’t have standing, no one does.

I would also like to see the ‘Logan Act’ thrown at him for his past conduct in Pakistan and Iraq.

Lawsuits MUST be filed in all 50 states plus the District of Columbia. Someone MUST figure out who has legal “standing” to file the lawsuits. Otherwise, this is a gigantic waste of effort.
The individual states’ Election Boards must prove and certify that Obama was constitutionally eligible.

We need to move beyond the pettiness and focus on rebuilding the conservative movement. Lawsuits don’t win mandates from the American people.

If you disagree, why waste the bandwidth to say so? You won’t change anyone’s mind. And certainly not the 24 electors that intend to file.

You do realize that if successfully challenged, we will have President Joe ‘Rhetorical Flourishes’ Biden?
Be very careful what you wish for...

Presidential eligibility is not petty. Defending The Constitution is not petty.

You are calling the United States Constitution “petty” and are trying to say you are a “conservative”?? NO conservative ever thinks of the Constitution as petty.

I was thinking that, since the judge ruled that Berg didn’t have standing (as a US citizen? right...),
that the only people that WOULD have standing would be the electors.

The Constitutional question is if someone that was ineligible ran for Prez, would his running mate take office? Or does it throw the whole election askew?

We can argue over technicalities all day long. What we cannot ignore is 7 million more Americans voted for him than our guy.

I thought the same thing. And Constitutionally, this has never come up before. It’s new ground.

Guys, it doesn't matter whether Biden is "better" or not. Do we defend to Constitution or not? Do we only abide by it if we agree with the outcomes?
The rules are there for a purpose. If we don't follow them, how can we honestly expect others to?

At least there should be some ballot iniative to have a pres. candidate have to produce their birth certificate to be put on the ballot in a state.
