womb-to-tomb or, if you will, cradle-to-grave paternalism

Better make it cradle-to-grave since many won't make it through the womb phase with Hussein.

Boortz likes Huckabee??????????? What a schmuck - Huckabee is another McLame but worse - he is racist pandering idiot. If we elect Huckabee as the nominee we will need to start planning for 2016.

Unless someone better shows up, Huckabee is my choice on the Republican side.

I think we can do a lot better.

I used to listen to him once in awhile - now I know better if he is backing Huckabee - this is the problem the political pundits, that we think are on our side, must be working for the enemy.

why can’t Sarah Palin run for the Ted Stevens Senate seat?

If he has to resign his seat, as governor she would be allowed to appoint herself as his successor!

Huckabee? Huckabee??? Boortz went right off the rails there. Don’t blame Sarah Palin for the loss; blame Huckabee well before Sarah.

"he is backing Huckabee"

Duncan Hunter disappointingly did the same. There's a lot of that running around apparently.

"The illegal popular vote was close - 51.3 percent to 47.5 percent."

There, fixed it.

The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.
Cicero, 55 A.D.

Good read.

I don’t think the Senate is the best platform for a future President, as history shows. Obama’s advantage was that he could claim being in the Senate without accumulating a long enough record that he could be held accountable for anything. (Much like hot-shot MBAs in corporate America these days..)

Stay tuned to what Ann Coulter has to say in the coming days and weeks as well. Her main point in a radio interview this morning was “Conservative Republicans win, moderate Republicans lose”.

This election will be a long-needed wake up call for the Republican Party. Or perhaps the beginning of the new Conservative Party.

Either way, it’s great to realize that after all that’s been said and done in the civil rights movement, November 4, 2008 will always be remembered as the End of Racism in America.

“Make note now of which of your employees voted for Obama. When the tax increases hit and you’re looking for a way to cut expenses to offset the higher taxes,

I am ahead on this one. We have a very small offfice, one guy who voted for BO said the reasoning he did is he is worse off in the last four years.

When I asked him in what way- (he has worked for us for last 10 years and makes a good salary.) He said gas prices are higher- He almost got away with it till I told him he has a company car and I PAY FOR THE F*ing GAS!!

Needless to say, I am today budgeting for the future. HIs next four years will be worse than his past four years. That is for sure.

Good piece. The USA is gone. The ‘tipping point is here. We are now a “socialist democracy”. There will be no turning back. As soon as possible the Crats will legalize all aliens as voters. Socialist democracies do not survive for long. This will degenerate in to a totalitarian dictatorship. The only question I have is how long it will take.

My question for the candidates would have been:

Are you going to leave me alone so I can live my life my way?
