I keep hearing people talk like this, but if you made it known you selected people for termination based on their political views, couldnt you be sued? Or something?
Not that the idea doesn't have some appeal to me.

You'd be doing them a favor. We know how much the Marxist/Socialist punk Obama voters hate corporations. Why in the world would they want to work for one?
