Look, I don’t care what people do. If they want to serve, great. If they don’t, great.
My husband serves because he really loves our country. He believes he is doing a good thing. He cares about the people he serves with, and is responsible for alot of soldiers.
He served 8 horrid years under Bill Clinton. Clinton sucked. People may hate George Bush, but Bush has improved the lives of soldiers and families, and many service members like/love him.
President Obama is a piece of crap, and if I said what I really thought about him, I’d be banned and would get visited by the secret service. But alot of people will not get out of the service because of Obama.I don’t know anybody who joins to serve b/c they like the president.
I am sure Obama will screw the hell out of our military. But the military will continue to drive on, and people will either get out or stay in.
I am tired b/c I was up all night hating Obama, and wondering what he is going to do to us. I wish you the best, and hope in 4 years, we can throw this SOB out of office.

I have a very dear friend whose husband is in the military (now "over there); he says that almost universally this new "president" is not only not supported but despised. They, for the most part, are very dispairing and depressed.

Republicans DIDN'T lose yesterday's election because the RATs adopted the platform of hate and mean-spiritedness! Republicans lost because republicans WASTED the last 8 years trying to "out-Democrat" the DimoRATs! We lost because we lost our spines. We lost the drive for smaller gubmint, and spending restraint. We decided to be the Party for EVERYONE .. gay/straight .. anti-/pro-abortion, "Compassionate Conservatism"/Slightly-Right-of-Center economic policy!

We will regain the support of a majority of the American people when (1) the RATs have done what they usually do -- screw things up, and (2) we "find ourselves" again and let the Lefties and RINOs declare their allegiance to their first love, the DimoRAT Party!

We WON'T win elections by being vile like they are. They won because they stand for something (Socialism). Our Party for the last six years has stood for NOTHING! I think Bush did some very good things. But he and our Party have lost their Conservative ideals.
