The very first thing Obama will do is to fire all 93 federal prosecutors and appoint his lackeys who will zealously prosecute “hate crimes” all over the country. It will not be long before public disagreement with Obama will be a hate crime. Stevens and Ginsberg will retire from the SC within a month of Obama taking office. He will then appoint two replacements as far left as he is.
If the SC overrules any of his pet legislature, he will expand the Supreme Court by 4 seat fill them with communists who will determine that homosexuality is a protected minority and the states must allow them to marry.
They will decide that the “Fairness Doctrine” does not violate the 1St Amendment.
They will decide that an unborn child has absolutely no rights if the mother wants it dead, even if it is born alive.
