As a white person I am very offended that someone thinks I would think African-Americans could not handle an Obama loss.

If I was black, I would be incensed someone would think my vote was based only on color and if my candidate lost, I would react violently.

On the other hand, if there are riots, I am sure that the police will be there to protect Obama’s constituents from the storeowners whose stores are broken into and burning down.

I still agree with you. All I’m say is it’s always thugs that riot, no matter what color, what place, what time. Civilized people don’t riot. But truly civilized people should severely punish those who do.

Funny we haven't heard of the KKK, Aryan Nations or others of that slimy ilk showing up at the polling places... But we have heard, and seen, New Black Panther party members "providing security" outside polling places.

I had an altercation this afternoon on the DC Metro. I was bumped from the back, and then the creep turned around, faced me and then accused me of hitting him! I am concerned since there was an ethnic chasm between the assaulter and myself.

Hopefully, this is an isolated incident.

If Obama loses I would not want to be a paleface at that Grant Park Rally tonight.

I'm just glad I got out of the city at 4:00 and am home safe. Didn't want to be anywhere NEAR downtown when the victory celebration looting began.

Either way, Obama's supporters are going to riot. That's just what Socialists do when they "celebrate."

I wouldn't bet on that. There are an awful lot of handguns floating around the inner cities.

Yea, and they have some shotguns too.

I doubt they have many scoped hunting rifles, nor full power military style semiautomatics. They do have a few intermediate power carbines, mostly SKS and AK-47 types, but proportionally not many.

Never bring a handgun to a rifle fight, especially not when you are trying to fight on offense, and are badly outnumbered.

The really good fine high quality riots like we had back in the 60’s and 70’s are not “planned”, they are spontaneous.

Riiight. Not only were they planned, the planners were in cahoots with foreign powers, at least in some cases. Then it was with the Soviets and their puppets, which we know from Soviet records and various people in the Soviet Union and the former eastern block. This time... well we may never know, but we do know that Hamas, Daffy Qaddafi, and Iran's Ac(phlegm)madinjad all support The One.
