Post what you are seeing or hearing here. Freepers and PUMAs unite for Mac/Cuda victory over the false messiah!
Now I will watch as the battle for the heart and soul of the democratic party unfolds today.
Not to worry. My wife and I have always voted together and today will be no different. When she gets off work at 2:30, we'll be headed to the polls and casting our vote for McCain/Palin and "YES" on 2!
Voted at 10:45 in the Highlands area of Louisville (loaded with liberal Democrats). Our three precincts vote in a church, and historically lead the entire state of Kentucky in voter participation. My vote was #1365 at that time. It was heartening to see an older couple drive their van up to the door since the woman was handicapped. That had a Nobama sign and a McPalin sign on their van. Quite a rarity in these parts. I can’t stand our metro council member who was running unoppposed, so I wrote in my husband’s name!
I’m in Idaho...and I can tell ya, the line was LONG....not very many young folk, a lot of 30s +....and this was on a gray and wet and cool morning. Something’s got people energized.
Someone I read called about “broken glass” conservatives...the type of election where you’d walk over broken glass to get your vote out. I saw some of that. Hoping people all over the country see it too!
Just heard from my friend in Philadelphia. Obama supporters are out early this morning offering “rides” to the voting booth. I told him that’s not the only ride he’ll be taken on if Obama gets in.
Actually, was pretty surprised at the lack of enthusiasm for Obama. PA just might go for McCain this year.
Cheers!
Just got back from voting. Straight Republican ticket and voted no on the question about OK'ing a large sum of money for water stuff. Mainly cause alot of the money would go for grants and thus may not go to improve water infrastructure.
My wait was about 45 minutes. I took a book to read as I waited in line. The voting was touch screen. I had no problems with it.
Said a prayer on the way over that McCain/Palin would win the election today.
I've been hearing more and more life-long Democrats at work stating they are voting for McCain/Palin. Even my life-long Democrat sister told me the other day she was voting for a Republican Presidential candidate for the first time in her life.
Major snowstorm in my area of Utah.
Attention Colorado West Slope - you may want to vote early if this storm moves your way.
Just voted.
No lines.
1 for the white haired guy and Sarah Palin.
Love the PUMA pic, what a gorgeous animal! *worth noting, I am a Republican now, years ago i was a democrat. If I still were a dem...I would have been PUMA for sure! GO PUMA!
I will be heading out to vote soon too, here in OHIO!!! O...H...I....O!!!!! LOL I am so glad that perhaps my state can be the one to hand Mccain the title of POTUS! We did it for Bush!
I just voted for McCain here in Michigan. While at the polls I overheard a person saying “I don’t care if I am a Democrat, I’m not voting for a g*dd*mned commie!”. Probably a Reagan-Democrat or a PUMA.
It’s gonna be a very long night for Barry. LOL
A good site to compare ‘04 election results to this year. It’s (puke) CNN....but I find it easy to use.

Thank You!
I voted two weeks in Oregon’s vote by mail! (Wish I could go to a polling place instead, but I guess voting at home allows me to avoid stinky hippies.) My husband had me fill out his ballot along with mine since we are voting the same way. I got to vote for Sarah twice! Made me very happy.
Vote and pray for victory! May God bless our nation!

After FR what other good internet sites are there for keeping up to date on election results? I don’t watch tv.
I adore her. And Todd is just as awesome.
