How is the voting going where you live? Reports from here indicate a huge turnout so far. We must keep up the good news throughout the day and keep momentum going forward. We must see this day through--tell everyone you meet to go and vote.

Help them see what you value.

Right outside Orlando, I walked in and voted with no wait. 10:00am and the ballot counter showed me as #154. I hope that everyone is waiting until their lunch hour or until after work to go. Cause we all know that those are McCain votes, Obamanators voted early. Fingers crossed.

EVEN IF YOU LIVE IN A “DEMOCRAP” STATE GO VOTE!!

IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET REPUBLICANS IN AT *LOCAL* GOVERNMENT LEVELS~!!

AND HAVING THEM THERE INCREASES POWER AND CUTS INTO DEMOCRAP STRANGLEHOLDS

NY AND CA MAY BE LOST CAUSES FOR PRESIDENT, SO MAYBE DEMOCRAP TURNOUT WILL BE LOW- SO GO VOTE FOR LOCAL LEVELS!!!!

AND NEXT TIME AROUND GET TO THE POLLS DURING THE PRIMIARIES WHERE YOUR VOTE HAS 10 OR 100 TIMES MORE IMPACT (very small % of registered voters vote in primaries) THIS IS WHERE WE GET RID OF RINO’S

I’m just outside Milwaukee WI. Low/middle class. Lots of apartments, single mothers. Voter turnout is not heavy. Milwaukee always has heavy fraudulent turnout. Heard on the radio that turnout is heavy in the other counties. Republican territory of Waukesha county has record turnout. Great news.

I walked to the corner where people turn on Presidential to vote at Reagan Library. Streams of cars coming and going and backed up at the traffic light. I believe this area of Simi Valley is conservative, so that’s a good sign. (I voted absentee earlier.)

My sister also has (probable) good news re her conservative precinct in So. FL — but I’ll let her post the info herself.

Very heavy turnout in King George County Virginia VA. Perhaps 10 times the usual turnout by my estimation at my usual morning voting time. Parking lot, grassy areas, filled with parked cars and folks going in to vote in the rain. (Not sure if 10x can possibly be correct, but the lines certainly seemed that much longer than usual.)

King George is a red county in Virginia in Presidential races (and for other offices too).

King George is a mostly rural county.

My local precinct was well-staffed and well prepared for the larger crowds.

When you post a report here please indicate YOUR LOCATION! Here in Illinois (DuPage County) voting is VERY HEAVY and this is a Red County! I know Obama will probably win Illinois but it is nice to know there are still folks who want McCain/Palin to win. GO MAC GO!

Isn’t Scottsdale a cesspool of RATS? I remember visiting that area long ago and it was filled with nose up in the air liberals! Gosh I hope I’m wrong though! :(

10th VA:

Very heavy as the polls opened but the constituency “seemed” skewed more heavily Democratic than normal (blacks, hippies, gays, NAGs). This should be solid Republican territory but I’d say no more than 50% took a Republican flyer.

Went back about 3 hours later as it started raining, no line at all.

Took almost an hour to vote here in WV. It has never been more than 5 minutes in previous elections. Generally it goes about 65% Rep.

Petaluma, CA - No lines, no waiting, empty voting booths in my (liberal) precinct...but it’s early here.

What, you expected welfare recipients feel the need to get up early like us wage earners?

Big, big, big turnout in the red precincts of OH.

I'm in south Dayton. Three times the wait of a normal presidential election and this is Republican territory.

I'm told that Warren Co., which saved Pres. Bush in 2004, is massive.

FWIW, I voted (Maryland). Line was about 15 min. long — that’s never happened, ever. There was a small group of young teenagers holding M/P signs and for some reason I felt almost moved to tears by that. My little girls (7, 5, 4) were with me, very curious about it all. I just pray for them, I really do.

If McCain takes IN by 20+, its gonna be a rockin' night. How is the turnout compared to 2004?

New Orleans, took about an hour to vote. Nice polite crowd.

I did note that two ladies had very Sarah Palin type hair styles.

Voted early in TX, but am enjoying FReeper polling reports. The Fox & Friends coverage of the First Affirmative Action Couple voting in Chicago was a hoot. They were at it for 16 min. and it appeared he was helping her vote. If everyone took that long, we would still be voting tomorrow.

Only time I saw a crowd that large to vote as soon as the polls opened was 1984.

Lot of mid-30 to mid-50 vote and off to work, very few blacks, no youths.

Mid-Florida in a red county, in a precinct with a lot of young families and kids.

Here in Gainesville,FL it was like a ghost town around 8:30 this morning. There were only two other people voting when I went. They did check registration and photo ID and asked me to recite my address. I did notice in the poll book most of the names had already voted stamped by them so I assume there was massive early voting at least in my precinct. This is a 2:1 Dem area btw.
