Didn’t Philly turn in more votes than it’s population count in one recent election?

Pennsylvania elections are a contest of dead people, pets, and imaginary friends voting in Philly vs. the entire western and northern part of the state.

This is absurd. It is so obvious that corrupt election precincts, ACORN and whoever else is there are trying to steal Pennsylvania's electoral votes.

May be so.

I do know it also happened in Washington State's governor race.

In at least the last two presidential elections Philly has turned in more votes than the population, not just the voting age population. PA is a waste of time and $ for a Republican presidential candidate and no Republican, not even a sitting Gov. like Tom Ridge was in 2000, will say or do anything to stop the theft. Afraid to be called a racist for complaining that Philly steals the votes of other Pennsylvanians? Or just content to deliver the state to the Democrats since there really is only ONE party in PA - the Republicrats.
