I believe this was the State Employee Review Board’s report....the LEGITAMENT organization to investigate this matter.
Only the die-hards knew about this board. The MSM pretty much ignored them. Old John Stossel (ABC) sure as hell forgot it.

In the article CNN is already spinning it as a different result from the first, which was run by a bunch of Obama supporters. Even the legislative investigation said she didn’t violate any laws though they said she abused her power (but didn’t say how).
