It’s patently obvious that operation wasn’t “democratic” by any stretch, since Utah (as in you know, the whole state) wasn’t even consulted. My observation has been that many have no problem with dictatorial edicts, provided they agree with it, as in say, outlawing smoking in bars, etc.

For Democrats to sign on to this line of “thinking” is scary, and it will bite ‘em badly in the long run. It would be comical except it’s so serious and they don’t seem to have their brains wired to make those connections or understand mutually exclusive concepts. This takes work, but it’s getting common.

I agree with your comments about taking that clean coal off the world market, and would add it was done so Clinton’s buds the Rhiadys (I believe it was) would have a lock on the market.

This had nothing to do about conservation. They even cut down trees so they could have a photo op on the other side of the state line, to celebrate the theft.
