Agricultural reform is a key point in the leftist agenda. South America and Africa are examples. The left gets control of huge family farms and busts them into little, inefficient, farms tended by peasants who work so hard to feed themselves that they have no time to revolt.
If they want to bust up corporate farming in America, you had better have a vegetable garden because we and the world will starve.

I am 10000000000% AGAINST Obama... I think just his presence on the political scene will be disasterous for America...An Obama presidency will do incalculable harm to what is left of the intentions of the founding fathers. BUT I have to tell ya...there IS something in High Fructose Corn Syrup “HFCS” which signals the liver to store fat...and Americans consume 6 million Tons of it annually...feed it to rats..and they get so fat their heart explodes..it is almost impossible to eat anything sweet in the states without consuming it. Corn can be used to make alcohol and feed livestock..as a sweetner its disasterous...just look at the rear end of the person walking in front of you and you can see its effect.

The guy with no experience and can barely stutter his way through a complete sentence without a teleprompter is going to change all these major industries? He’s either clueless about what he’s getting himself into or his messiah complex has started to destroy his socialist brain.

As a consequence, our agriculture sector actually is contributing more greenhouse gases than our transportation sector. And in the mean time, it's creating monocultures that are vulnerable to national security threats, are now vulnerable to sky-high food prices or crashes in food prices, huge swings in commodity prices, and are partly responsible for the explosion in our healthcare costs because they're contributing to type 2 diabetes, stroke and heart disease, obesity, all the things that are driving our huge explosion in healthcare costs. That's just one sector of the economy. So what the heck does he want the farmers to do? Grow what HE thinks is right to grow? Besides being insane and totally ignorant of agribusiness, this man is a megalomaniac!
