I can’t remember the last time I saw Michelle. How come she is never standing with Obama or behind him like Cindy McCain? Interesting, the Obama camp doesn’t want to remind the public of who would be the first lady if he wins. 527’s should have done a bunch of ads with her in them. I see that he flashed what the IQ of his supporters are again.
I have noticed that he uses his middle finger to scratch a itch or wipe drool from the corner of his mouth when speaking of his detractors (hillary, McCain, Sarah, JTP). Yet other times he’ll just use his index finger.

Here, he mentions McCain, supposedly with a compliment, while he blatantly gives him the finger.
