The constitution says the first Tuesday in November, but then again, Barry doesn't believe in that little piece of paper anyways.

That is why we should put a end to early voting and have only one "election day". I agree. I said the other day, I'd like to see a poll of those that already voted and wish they could change their vote.
I really think this is why Obama was pushing the vote early mantra so hard. He knew things were going to come back to haunt him.
