I think, very soon, everyone will be getting their news from sources OTHER than the traditional MSM. It has proven itself to be an irrelevant propaganda shop in a world where accurate information flies around the globe in seconds.
Does anyone really need Couric or Olberman or Brockaw or any of those other strangely coiffed people to tell you how to think? Those under 30 don't have a clue who the MSM is because they get their information from network sources. Its us boomers who get so cranked about “MSM.” Must be Walter Cronkite syndrome.

We need to stop looking at the MSM as a credible Fourth Estate or protector of the people from the powerful and corrupt in Government. It is not up to the task. We get more and better news from Free Republic every hour of the day. Why look to AP? Its just propaganda. Between Free Republic and Drudge (who's been a bit in the tank for The One lately) its all the news anyone needs.Plenty of links and a great way to organize content.
Olberman and Couric are on the tube because they get us all whooped up. If we ignore them and we don't buy from their sponsors.... they won't survive the recession!

The MSM (or Pravda, as we like to refer to them around here) have so gone into the tank for Obama, that what little shred of credibility they had left is now completely gone.
McCain and Palin are going to win this election by commanding numbers, and all of the people who voted for them will be tuning out the MSM news channels for good.
Now, tell me, what sort of business sense does it make to insult well over half of the viewers in the country where you do business?
They need to learn some lessons from the print media if they want to survive.
