This is a joke, right? Boy, let’em continue to think this nonsense...if folks think this they’ll decide not to go out and vote for 0...why waste my time...he’s already the winner....THIS IS JUST TOO FUNNY.

In Carter v Reagan they predicted Carter by a wide margin. In Bush 1 v Mondale they predicted Mondale by a wide margin. In Bush 2 v Gore they had Gore by a wide margin. In Bush 2 v Kerry they had Kerry by a wide margin. See a trend here?

The only Washington insider to call it for McCain is the Weekly Standard's William Kristol. He'll either look like the mad genius or the certifiable fool who has to eat crow if he's wrong. Washington is pretty much a liberal town.

I don’t think McCain will drum them out of the party. But Sarah will in 2012.

Not going to happen. I can buy a 272 to 278 Obama victory but not a landslide win. Have these people looked at the polling data over the weekend?

Less than 36 hours!!! The clock is ticking...one final push to save the U.S.A.!

The challenge:

Between NOW and election day, convince at least two Obama/Undecided voters to vote for McCain. (family, neighbors, friends, people waiting in the check-out line) Further, convince these two people (or two others) to take up the same challenge. (Like a chain letter)

So you have converted people in the past? Good, but we need more!

Many Obama supporters are mindlessly supporting him, with no real reason, this means it is VERY easy to get them to switch over. Even if you fail, other Obama/undecideds may be in the room and hear valid arguments and question their faith in the One.

Don’t kick yourself a week from now saying “I could’ve done more....”

Do your part...your country depends on it!

Yes and Ken Bode was a McGovernite-worked on the McGovern Commission for Party Reform and then joined the McGovern campaign as a senior official after McGovern entered the race.

Marking thread for Election Day + 1 so I can settle down, I hope, for some well reasoned abuse of these smart citizens.

George Will has turned into a Stephanopolis pet beltwway lapdog. As I said on another thread, he has becomig as anoying as Ken Burns - an unqualified moralizing whiny sanctimonious dainty.

Well, he's already dismissed by the smart people.

Will, of course, relishes being a part of the smart people.

Agree. I think Obama either wins by a surprisingly (to these people) narrow margin in the EC or not at all. Indiana is the first battleground state to close on Tuesday - if that looks good early, you can throw the Obama landslide in the trash.

That is what his statement was exactly. South Dakota I believe.

I opened an EC map and that's what I came up with to get 378. For the record, I would bet every cent I have in the bank that McCain will carry South Dakota.

Hail to the Thief, lefty fraud stole the election.

Hail to the Thief, you are in for just four years.

Hail to the Thief, just forget cooperation.

We will use your own gameplan as you did for Bush.

*My own take on Hail to the Chief.
