Scranton/Wilkesbarre is a toss up because of the Biden Effect but central Pennsyltucky is McCain all the way. I am betting it will be very close and won’t be called until the abstentees are counted. PA pumps out a lot of military and their absentee votes will tip the scales heavily in Macs favor.

We need to get the Obama coal plant bankruptcy tape into play in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and the soft-coal region in the west. I see Palin cited it in Ohio.

In PA and OH, it’s probably more damaging than the Wright association. (Any other coal states on the fence? I think we’ve got all of them, except PA, OH and the unwinnable IL.)
