More likely he will seize its assets and use them to spread the wealth around, while claiming that it’s for the environment.
Lost a lot of voters there, didn’t he?
I urge you to rethink your position on this one. I know that you fully intend to turn the U.S.A. into another third-world socialist country. It would be frikkin' nice if it was a warm third-world country!
Burning a lot of coal would help us keep warm while we wait for global warming due to the greenhouse gasses. Once it warms up, we can all sit in the dirt outside our hovels and wait for handouts without our teeth chattering.

Let me sort of describe my overall policy.
What I’ve said is that we would put a cap and trade system in place that is as aggressive, if not more aggressive, than anybody else’s out there.
I was the first to call for a 100% auction on the cap and trade system, which means that every unit of carbon or greenhouse gases emitted would be charged to the polluter. That will create a market in which whatever technologies are out there that are being presented, whatever power plants that are being built, that they would have to meet the rigors of that market and the ratcheted down caps that are being placed, imposed every year.
So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it’s just that it will bankrupt them because they’re going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted.
That will also generate billions of dollars that we can invest in solar, wind, biodiesel and other alternative energy approaches.
The only thing I’ve said with respect to coal, I haven’t been some coal booster. What I have said is that for us to take coal off the table as a (sic) ideological matter as opposed to saying if technology allows us to use coal in a clean way, we should pursue it.
So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can.
It’s just that it will bankrupt them.
They got to get this out as an ad right away.
The press isn’t reporting this, even now!
This has to go to Ohio, Virginia, and Pennsylvania

If elected he’s willing to bankrupt the whole country.
Taxes?? It’s getting worse by the day with him, I can’t believe they’re admitting the 250K threshold is a lie.
Capital Gains - Raising those
Death Tax - Making a big comeback under Obama.
Real Estate - 28% Tax on all profits
Energy Policy - Recipe for disaster
GIRD YOUR LOINS!
I’ll be so relieved after we crush him Tuesday.
Lot’s of Coal mining in Pennsylvania......
“AMERICA’S COAL” deserves a Drudge Siren!
bump...
On Hannity now!
Coal is a State of Mind:
If Coal is now an ideology (per Obama, and WTF, he went to Harvard Law), then count me in. I want to be on the ground floor of Coalism. Coal has much to recommend it: it is simple (just carbon); it is plentiful; it becomes a diamond under pressure. Coal is efficient. Coal can be clean (just like Barack the Magic Negro, or so says Joe Biden). Coal embodies the attitude of getting the job done. Real men use coal. Coal is the heart and soul of the middle of this country. Coal powered the railroads. Coal doesnt lie. I would sooner believe in Coal than I would in a charismatic, manipulative cold fish of a man who thinks most of America is too stupid to see through him. Barack Obama is a liar. Give me Coal any day.

Like McCain pointed out, Obama is slick. He says he supports building clean coal plants. He’ll let people build them alright. Then he’ll regulate and tax them out of business. In effect, he does not support coal plants. Biden revealed the truth when he said, “No coal plants!” earlier in the campaign.
