I assume that despite the difference in political opinions between you and the officer, he was professional enough to actually take a report (including photographs, etc). Make sure he does by asking for a copy (say it is for insurance purposes, which it is.) Make you own report with photographs for the record as well.

Since the car was parked, the damage may be covered under your auto or renter’s/homeowner’s policy. Check with them for coverage and advice on how to accomplish the repairs. Even if they on’t cover it, they can still advise you on the 3 vice 1 problem. (BTW, tires with damaged sidewalls cannot be repaired. They must be replaced.)

Since there is only a short gap with these Democratic t*rds between attacking a person’s property over their political beliefs and attacking the person, I suggest you consider obtaining a CCW permit and carry. If CCW is not permitted, at least determine what you can do to protect yourself from the scumbag when he returns. And do expect him to come back.
