How do I get my 3 slashed tires fixed when I only have 1 spare tire?

You have the spare and one remaining good tire put on the axle your AAA tow truck driver wants, then have him haul the car directly to the local tire store for replacement.

Sadly they won't be covered under your "road hazard" warranty.
