If I was estimating, I would estimate much higher that 1%. Why not estimate 80% are erroneous? Acorn is first and foremost fradulent
That 1% fraud number is bogus - A simple coverup - BY the writer, probably deliberately.
10% false names at least, maybe more depending on how “automated” (get a list of names and addresses, copy the list of names) the ACORN people want to be.
