THIS WEEK (ABC): David Axelrod, campaign adviser for Barack Obama; Rick Davis, campaign manager for John McCain.
LATE EDITION (CNN) : Sens. Bob Casey, D-Pa., and Arlen Specter, R-Pa.; Govs. Tim Kaine, D-Va., Mark Sanford, R-S.C., Tim Pawlenty, R-Minn., and Deval Patrick, D-Mass.
Always remember!
1. Every poll, every pundit, every news organization claimed Kerry would win in 2004.
2. Only the final poll counts for polling companies establishing their credentials for the next battle. That one will be out late tomorrow, Monday.
3. Only Zogby predicted a Bush win in his last poll, thereby being the only one who got it right in 2004.
4. Zogby knew and switched at the last minute to claim credit. Every other source was wrong. Every one of them, including FNC. Even the pundits were so far off base that they ignored their failure instead of admitting they were wrong.
5. The Bradley Effect happened in CA. Not a myth, not an aberration, it caught the media/press with their collective pants down.
I won’t concede defeat until it’s over. And even then, win or lose I will fight against Democrats corruption of our election process.
MSNBC is going to have a Tank Matthews special show tonight
Bambi and Boxer will go after gun rights by taxing the crap out of ammo. I heard Biden wanted ban or to heavily tax “armor piercing” bullets and he defined that as any slug with any metal jacketing over the lead. That would mean anything over a .22 cal, or some other lead only rounds.
Hopefully the Dems will not get 60 Senate seats (but they still have the Rinos Susan Collins et al), and also hopefully Boxer will lose to Ahnold who gave a rousing rally for McCain in Columbus, Ohio
Moral: Buy ammo, lots of it
Today after having watched Øbama in Ohio, and McCain rally in Scranton Pa, it is obvious McCain is getting specific while Øbama still eludes specifics, the crowd is much more responsive at the McCain Rally too
Get some exploding arrowheads like Rambo used. Compound Bows and crossbows can be quite effective.
Some Dems are threating to bring satellite radio under cover of FCC and thus the “Fairness” Doctrine. Ergo nowhere to hide. Must fight them front on
Thanks, but no thanks.
It’s not Bradley. That plays into what the MSM wants to say is the cause of the McCain victory. It’s people waking up, thank the One Above, and realizing how radical this Obama guy is. Harold Ford Jr would have had no such problems. Obama does and the scene on the ground is far, far more pro-McCain than the media would like.
Agree..we need an official thread.
Great thoughts Morgan!
“I wont concede defeat until its over.”
And most of us here on FR are right there with you!
I forgot about 1 voting factor - just saw this on another thread:
5. NOTHING has been factored in for the 36 million parents of special needs kids.

I have a Rossi sign and a McCain-Palin sign propped up in my back window. If I’m somewhere where I think it might be an issue, I just put them on the back seat and turn them over. I’m on the eastside of King County and live in the suburb where Rossi lives and where he used to be our State Senator, so I feel a little more comfortable here, but wouldn’t leave my car parked in many Seattle areas w them (especially Mc-P) in the window.
FWIW, I’ve not seen nearly as many O signs on cars as I did Skerry-Breck Girl signs.
I should have included special needs children.
My nephew has two autistic children. He’s not very involved in politics, working to raise a family and all that entails.
But I know he has spoken to a lot of people in defense of Sarah and Todd Palin after the attacks on them over their youngest child, and the abuses they received from both the press and the Obama team. These people have been ignored by pundits and are really upset over how the Palin’s were treated. I also remember George Will almost coming across the table on This Week when a Democrat disparaged the special needs aspect. So yes, that has to be considered another swing vote for McCain/Palin.
Sarah Palin really IS a natural, political star, and I hope--as you do--that she successfully avoids the plastic Washington DC social scene for the 12 years.
Sarah Palin has a core of beliefs. So does Dubya. Those don’t change and neither will she.
Agreed.
It’s hilarious to watch the drive-bys try to stop Sarah. Just like that cartoon coyote v. the roadrunner

Aren't you leaving out the lawsuit phase?
I am so looking forward to this being over, even more than I was in 2000, but just like 2000, I think the lawsuits are going to go on and on and on...
I pray we win big enough to be wrong.
He starts out by slamming Davis with this quote don't interrupt me I'm not David Axelrod
After that I was ready to punch a hole in the TV screen right where Wallace's face was, what an idiot.
Davis was and is a true gentleman and I believe he has and is doing the absolute best he can and when we win I hope he throws it in Wallace's' face big time.
