WASHINGTON - Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama said Saturday he didn't know that one of his relatives was living in the United States illegally and believes the appropriate laws should be followed.
The Associated Press found that Obama's aunt had been instructed to leave the country four years ago by an immigration judge who rejected her request for asylum from her native Kenya. The woman, Zeituni Onyango, is living in public housing in Boston and is the half-sister of Obama's late father.

I’m surprised that Obama hasn’t come out and said that his Kenyan father isn’t his real father - so the aunt from Boston is just some stranger as far as he is concerned.

I have no doubt that he was unaware of her immigration status. He obviously doesn’t give a crap about her or she wouldn’t be living in da hood.
If he did know and chose to ignore her situation then he is unfeeling towards his own family, even his favorite relatives.
Either way he is not a man that should be President.

Indeed. Senator "Coke-head" Obama goes from one sleazy act to the next, but this one, along with the outright conspiracy by his campaign to commit widespread vote fraud, are record-making for their effrontery.
Accepting clearly illegal contributions from a relative who is an illegal alien living in public housing and on public money? Having prominent supporters voting illegally in at least two states? A man whose "lipstick on a pig" comments were the most deplorable by any major candidate in our country's history?
This man isn't fit to serve as a dogcatcher, much less as a candidate for President of the United States.
Another one thrown under the Obama bus! Auntie is illegal, living in taxpayer subsidized housing (while U.S. citizens can’t get housing), on welfare, has a part-time (8 hrs. a week) taxpayer funded job, and illegally donated $260 to Obama’s campaign. Is this another ACORN success story? Wonder if she voted yet?
