At least we will be able to take down Air America using the same tactics (I know, big deal, it’s almost gone anyway), so that’s some small consolation.
The thing that worries me about that is, if they have to have conservatives on for equal time, their ratings will actually increase!
The likeliest seats to become available are liberal ones [Stevens, Ginsberg]. There’ll still be a five seat majority of Roberts, Alito, Scalia, Thomas and Kennedy.
However, it would be damn nice to have McCain replace Stevens and Ginsberg rather than Obamarama.
