How can someone who was not born in Hawaii have a birth certificate in Hawaii?
Well lets see who is eligible for a Birth Certificate in Hawaii...
http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/vital-records/index.html
Amended certificates of birth may be prepared and filed with the Department of Health, as provided by law, for 1) a person born in Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health or 2) a person born in a foreign country.
Who is eligible to apply and how to apply for an amended certificate of birth?
For a person born in a foreign country who has been legally adopted in the State of Hawaii:
An amended birth certificate will be prepared upon receipt of a certified copy of the adoption decree or the certificate of adoption, and payment of fees.
Another interesting question is, in reverse, if the birth certificate is amended or annotated if the person is adopted by a foreigner in a foreign country, as would have been the case in Obama’s adoption by Soetero, his mother’s Indonesian Muslim husband of the moment.
I personally went to the local courts to pull a conservatorship file on my brother, the file had been marked “Deceased” - I yelled “HE’S NOT DEAD!” just sayin’ anything is possible.
That is what I read. Same Same. Looks like Hawaii allows foreign born to obtain COLB’s? Am I wrong?
Is it a mere coincidence that the Obama plane with him aboard arrived on Friday the 24th of October to visit his ailing granny?
