If that is the case, I wonder if it refers to the child as b@$t@rd, or something to that effect. A baby should never have to pay the price for the sins of the parents, but they do.
In some historic records, some such thing was said on birth records. I haven’s seen it as recently as 1961 though.
Not likely, but an “unknown” father would certainly conflict with his writings....and portray his mother for what she was - promiscuous.

You know, I can have some compassion for the child because he didn’t cause the problems the parents had but I also believe nurture and nature both have to do whith what we become...he doesn’t have a good background AND IT SHOWS.
I think it is sad his mother slept around but I don’t want him for a president. She was a radical of apparently low self esteem and so is he.
Apples still don’t fall far from the trees folks. We may never know what tree BO fell out of though.
