Two of the secretaries in my husband's work corridor at a large medical institution in the state quietly came to my husband early on in the campaign season. There are some rabidly vocal liberal doctors in the office and the secretaries were sick of the talk and afraid of the repercussions if they spoke up. My husband was in a position to issue an edict that there would be no political talk allowed in the office as some lower level staff were feeling harrased by it. So far it has helped.
