Sure but due to bureaucrat sloppiness she may still be listed as a refugee
Bureaucrats and Democrats love sloppy impenetrable messes ..... very hard to investigate malfeasance

The non profit could care less if she is legal alien. That’s the key. Plus the non profit people know the Boston Housing bureaucrats and schmooze and exchange Christmas gifts and pay kickbacks to get her and others to the head of the list
