This guy might be a lawyer, but the last time I looked the burden of proof is not on the defendant.
This isn’t a criminal case, it’s about his qualifying for the office he is running for. Before hiring someone, doesn’t a responsible employer check an individual’s references and make sure his/her experience and education are in line with what the resume says? We are Senator Obama’s employer!
You are looking at this wrong. Obama is not the defendant. He is the APPLICANT.
bingo....and since the courts keep ruling that the average joe (concerned citizen) can’t bring a lawsuit then just who the hell can?
When the “defendant” is pursuing a position that requires specific conditions for eligibility, then the burden of proving compliance must specifically rest with the “defendant”.
Anyone applying for any legal entry level job has to prove eligibility to legally work in this country.
Is Obama above the law or not?
Hussein is NOT A DEFENDANT!! He is asking US to hire him for the job of PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!!
These debauched Marxists (Democrats) who are trying to abolish and destroy the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA line by line are on fighting ground!!
The spirits of the men who drafted, fought, suffered, and died for what this Constitution and the Declaration of Independence stand for are still with us.
Moreover, God is watching us - and NOT from a distance.
Except this is not a trial so 0bama is not a defendant, he is running for the highest office in the land.
He should be required to "prove" he is eligible to be the POTUS just like you have to "prove" you have insurance to drive a car
It sure as hell is if you want to be president.
Look at it like your dad had died and your sister told you she had a deathbed statement from him that she was to inherit all the estate; would you ask for proof then?
Yet, that is a nonissue as far as discovery rules apply, and in filing a response to the charges. OBama and the DNC did not even respond to the charges, so it's equivalent to pleading nolo contendre.
Meaning he still can be charged.
