Well, I can see that this would infuriate the state governments to NO END. If Congress were stupid enough to pass anything like this ... well ... I suspect it would go hot pretty soon thereafter.

It nullifies ALL state level restrictions on abortion.
He has NO PROBLEM with federal laws that nullify any rights or restrictions the states impose on any issue.

Look at the countless hordes who would pay for the chance to eat the peanuts out of Obama's $h!t because he represents the state, and the power of the state is what they worship.
